We have been using ConvertKit since 2021, but are now in the process of moving to someone else. We have between 1000-2500 subscribers on our list, and we pay $490/year. That’s a lot of money when things don’t work as they are supposed to. Lots of issues with rules not working as they should; some emails get sent out to more people than it’s supposed to; some email are not sent to the right people; sometimes I have issues with clicking simple buttons, like today when I was unable to unsubscribe a few cold subscribers. On the chat there’s only a bot, and you have to wait a long time for a human. When we first joined, there was always a human and they were very fast answering your questions. These days it seems like they don’t know what my issue is.
