Install the Email Marketing Module
- Log into your Odoo dashboard.
- Navigate to the Apps menu.
- Search for “Email Marketing”.
- Click Install to activate the module.
Once installed, you’ll see the Email Marketing app icon on your dashboard.

Create Mailing Lists

- Click on Mailing Lists.

- Open the Email Marketing app.
Design Your Campaign
- Click Create in the Mailings dashboard.
- Choose a template or start from scratch using the drag-and-drop editor.
- Add:
- Subject line
- Sender info
- Email body with images, buttons, and text
- Preview your email before sending.
- Click Create in the Mailings dashboard.
Schedule or Send
- Choose to send immediately or schedule for a future date/time.
- You can also set up automated campaigns using Odoo’s marketing automation tools.
