Gmass Installation Process

Using Gmass Effectively

  1. Install the GMass Chrome Extension

    • Visit gmass.co using Google Chrome.

    • Click “Add to Chrome” to install the GMass extension.

    • Once installed, GMass will appear as a button inside your Gmail interface.
  2. Connect Your Gmail Account

    • Open Gmail and click the GMass icon.

    • Authorize GMass to access your Gmail account.

    • GMass will sync with your inbox and Google Sheets.
  3. Prepare Your Contact List

    • Create a Google Sheet with columns for email addresses and personalization fields (e.g., First Name, Company).

    • Make sure the sheet is accessible from your Gmail account.
  4. Compose Your Campaign

    • In Gmail, click “Compose.”

    • Write your email and use merge tags like {FirstName} to personalize.

    • Click the GMass button next to “Send” to launch the campaign.
  5. Configure Follow-Ups and Tracking

    • Use GMass settings to schedule follow-ups based on opens, clicks, or replies.

    • Enable open/click tracking, unsubscribe links, and reply management
  6. Monitor Results

    • GMass provides real-time analytics inside Gmail.

    • View campaign performance, delivery rates, and engagement metrics.
