DigitalOcean Installation Process

Using DigitalOcean Effectively

  1. Create Your DigitalOcean Account

    • Visit digitalocean.com and sign up using email, GitHub, or Google.

    • New users receive $200 in credit for the first 60 days
  2. Launch a Droplet (Virtual Machine)

    • Go to the Droplets section in your dashboard.

    • Choose:

      • Operating System (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian, etc.)

      • CPU & RAM configuration

      • Data Center Region

      • Authentication method (SSH key or password)

    • Click Create Droplet—your VM will be ready in seconds.
  3. Install Software or Frameworks

    • Use the terminal or console to install packages:
